We really enjoyed our stay Michelle’s condo.
Particular highlights:
Being right on the river was wonderful.
The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Neighbors were quiet.
Lots of restaurants and fun things to do in the area.
Close to forest park!
As others have noted in their reviews there are trains that run through the area. We weren’t terribly bothered by them but sometimes you can get delayed so plan accordingly.
Would definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly what was pictured and was perfect to be able to explore the city and surrounding areas.
Michelle was very responsive and has a ton of local recommendations to make the stay amazing. Having parking right outside also made it convenient to get out of the city and even make a quick drive to a supermarket if needed.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! So close to campus, restaurants and downtown. We walked everywhere. The house accommodated our group of 6 visiting. It was clean and spacious. Thank you!

Great place in OSU area and very walkable for university and down the street from a few places for coffee and drinks. House is well taken care of and spacious with great kitchen and room to lounge outside. Would definitely consider staying here again

Perfect landing spot for a football weekend with the family. Walkable to campus and stadium. Super comfy beds. Relatively quiet for being close-in. Lovely historic neighborhood. If traveling with littles- will need to barricade the stairs and be cautious on the landing/with electronics and outlets. It was otherwise perfect for a family. Thank you!

Great place in a cool location.
really nice to be right on the water and so close shopping & restaurants.
Place was very clean, super comfy (especially the recliners!) and had everything you would need. We felt right at home
On Premise parking, washer&dryer are great perks.
Communication was super easy,
quick and courteous.
Few downsides: being a lower unit it was a bit dark and there is regular (fairly noisy) train traffic; however not to a degree that bothered us or be a deciding factor.
Just be mindful of the homeless situation in Portland which seems slightly more prominent in the Pearl district - it was a bit uncomfortable walking around especially around the bridges-however we never felt unsafe and will consider staying here again.

Michelle's place was great : central location with scenic views, tasteful and cozy home, very well equipped with all amenities. Michellec was a most welcoming host and communication great, would absolutely recommend for a visit to Portland!
